SMS Terms
These terms describe the text message program run by Majesty Maids Services LLC ("Majesty Maids"). By opting in, you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy.
Program description
Majesty Maids sends text messages about your cleaning service. These include booking confirmations, appointment reminders, scheduling and arrival updates, replies to questions you send us, invoices or payment links, and follow-ups after your service. If you check the consent box, we may also send occasional offers and discounts.
How you opt in
You opt in when you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, for example by checking the text-message consent box on our online booking form, by starting a text or chat conversation with us, or by asking us to text you. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Offers and discounts are sent only to people who have opted in by checking the consent box.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies depending on your booking and the questions you ask. A typical booking involves a few messages: a confirmation, one or two reminders, and a follow-up.
Costs
Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier plan. Majesty Maids does not charge for text messages.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one final message confirming your opt-out, and then no more messages from us. You can also tell us by calling (904) 694-5577.
If you opt out of texts, you can still book and receive our cleaning services. We may contact you by phone or email about an existing appointment.
How to get help
Reply HELP to any message, or call or text (904) 694-5577, and we will assist you.
Supported carriers
Text messaging is available on most major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your privacy
We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or text opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest version.
